Some more comedy albums from Brian, you can check these out here, or, of course, visit his blog and get them, there is a lot of other stuff there that he doesn't share with me, so you should take a look.....prety sure I've not heard these, as I've said comedy albums are not my field of experetise, but I will trust Brian's judgement since this IS his field of favor....

Monty Python Discography 1.5 - Two More For You!
My Monty Python Discography post got quite a few hits. A few days after putting it up, I found this in a corner of a local record store gathering dust next to the $1 CDs...
The Pythons Autobiography By The Pythons

Now, I've seen the book at the bookstores. What this 2 CD set is is most of the interviews the author recorded in assembling info for the book. That may sound dry, but it's actually assembled with a self-effacing sense of humor, with some linking bits recorded by Michael Palin and the two Terrys. And as for the interviews, they're a very interesting listen. Did you know Graham Chapman studied medicine at St. Bartholomew's? Or that Eric Idle's entire schooling was paid for by the R.A.F. for very sad reasons? Or even that what most of the Pythons remember about meeting Gilliam was the freaky coat he was wearing?
It's all fascinating for me. My only complaint would be that Cleese's parts are recorded in a very echoey place. Nevertheless, this is a great find for Python fans. I've never seen it anywhere else!
And as a bonus for you all, I finally did come across a copy of "Monty Python Sings". If you were kind enough to download that Miscellaneous album I put together in the last post, here's the complete Monty Python in song. But keep that "FCC Song", though.
