Switching gears, lets dust off the early 1970's acid- rockers, some Christian overtones to their stuff....they released two albums in their time, a self titled debut album, which is fairly forgettable, but the follow up, "Second Coming" is a winner.....lots of fuzzy, wah wah guitar, sounds absolutely great today, comparable to, maybe some other bands of the era like Truth and Janey or someone like that. Anyway, to get any info on them, good luck googling a band called "Help", you'll get everything BUT stuff about this band, so we'll keep it short. I can't even find the cover art for the debut, the FIRST picture is a reissued CD with BOTH albums on it, the second picture is the actual art from "Second Coming" (they are quite similar, but with no band pictures or much of anything else I have to post SOMETHING)......anyways, "Second Coming" sounded great in junior high school and it sounds great now as well, "Do You Understand the Words" and a few others really stand out for fans of early 1970's acid........CHRISTIAN acid rock, talk about oxymoronic, taking LSD for Christ?
