Okay, first of all, I got this email a couple weeks ago when vacationing, from a young lady named Stephanie Kepman.......chack out her dilemma:

Hi,
This is a long-shot, but I wanted to try. My name is Steph and my friend Lise and I did karaoke with Sleater-Kinney in Montreal at La Tulipe in 2005. We performed You're No Rock'n Roll Fun. The lady next to me promised to send me the video but never did.
A few days ago, my friend brought it up and basically doesn't believe me it happened. I see you have audio recordings of the show. Unfortunately, the MediaFire link isn't working anymore. Any chance you can send me the file?
THANKS,
Steph Kepman

Next up my old buddy Dave Sez checks in again, with two live sets from Focus, from whom I posted a disc yesterday (my son used "Hocus Pocus" as backdrop for a video he made)....anyway, haven't heard these yet but Dave Sez has yet to steer us wrong, here's the info:

Focus - live 1972 and 1974
From the Dave Sez archive, something a bit different - Dutch prog rockers Focus in concert in London for the BBC in 1972 (@320) and in Osaka in July 1974 (misdated to June 1975, @320), full covers and text included. The Japanese gig from the Hamburger Concerto tour is particularly rare, one of the last live recordings with Jan Akkerman on guitar and a gift from the great Asso of TUBE. His @320 link is still live at http://www.filefactory.com/file/b4a7956/n/Foc.1975-06-xx.Tokyo.by.T.U.B.E.rar, or use the link below. He also offered a FLAC version which is down ("for maintenance") and which may go back up again if you are patient. The FLAC links are:

As always, I won't upload any official recordings, although you might like to search for Focus and Brainbox (their first group) here: http://rockasteria.blogspot.com. A 2002 gig from Brazil @ 160 is still online here: http://www.chilecomparte.cl/foros/topic/1857394-focus-discografia-completa-bonus-mp3320-kbpsmf/.

Lastly, I need to say something....nearly everday, I get emails asking for re-ups of long dead links.....as a rule, I don't like to do them, but I DO want to help everyone out the best I can, SO HERE IS THE DEAL: If you want something re-upped, I need you to contrbute something for the good of the blog......longtime friends understand this, and Idon't mean to be a dick, but this needs to be a 2-way street.....if you want something that is dead CONTRIBUTE something.......a rare or unusual album, a concert recording, something that will be of interest to the rest of the community here......and it DOES NOT have to be music.....I've posted books, comics, photo collections, artwork.....ANYTHING that will be of INTEREST......Apanta Bapanta (MIA?) translates my Greek punk albums to English for example, this was in exchange for some links he wanted......Jonman made several fantastic homemade comps in exchange for Monster Magnet reups.....and so on.....so please, I WILL help you out if I can, BUT PLEASE consider the overall quality of the blog, be generous and share, and it will make this experience better for everyone.....Love to everyone!
